Kidspiration, created for K-5 learners, is an easy way to practice skills through visual learning. Students build graphic organizers by combining pictures, text, and spoken words to represent thoughts and information. This semester I made two activities using Kidspiration the first one Rock Work and the second which uses the super grouper capabilities of the program is What's in Dirt. Inside Rock Work one use mostly math skills to figure out how to complete the task. As for What's in Dirt the user of this program will have to decide which item goes where. Both activities come with a Teacher Information sheet which will give more details about each activity. If you don't have Kidspiration click on .jpg to see what it looks like.
